Eminence’s client support team is responsible for a wide variety of responsibilities for our daily operations. This includes: maintaining our Electronic Medical Records system, providing Quality Assurance for our documentation, processes and systems, providing Clinical Supervision and ongoing training to our counselors, researching new Evidence-Based treatments to include in our Treatment Curriculum, coordinating eligibility for Drug Medi-Cal, RFP or funding through other private insurances, providing support and extra help to each of our counseling teams, engaging in community outreach activities, managing administrative duties and our company COO and CEO/Program Director who form our rock-solid leadership to ensure our company’s success.
